Performance Riverside tunes up with Monster Hits from Animated Blockbusters at Landis Performing Arts Center

The Inland Empire's most popular big band conductor, Richard Stover, and his Cabaret All Star Orchestra play Monster Hits from Animated Blockbusters on March 2, 2008 at Landis Performing Arts Center.

Monster Hits is the perfect concert for any music fan who loves the classic animated features of Walt Disney, the unhinged lunacy of Warner Brothers’ Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies, the TV classics like The Flintstones and The Simpsons, or who simply can’t wait for the latest CGI release from Pixar and DreamWorks studios.

Stover is one of the founders of Performance Riverside, and has performed with hundreds of stars...from Mel Torme to Bob Hope. He has written, composed, played and conducted more than 150 Broadway and family musicals. He is also the owner of OnStage Musicals, which produces and leases original musicals for adults and young people and has had resounding success with both national and international tours. Monster Hits from Animated Blockbusters also features special guest vocalists Debbie Prutsman, Larry Lazzaro, and John Bisom.

Monster Hits from Animated Blockbusters is performed on March 2, 2008, 2pm at Landis Performing Arts Center on the Riverside City College Campus. Tickets are $24, $29, $36, and $42.
